ITEM RETURN POLICY
We understand you might change your mind. You can return your order, however products must be in their original and unused condition and must be in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location. Custom orders may not be returned. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for Clearance and Sale items. The following items are also excluded from returns: VIP Package.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned with no defect, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip with all returns for proof of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges. Shipping costs for all returns are the customer’s responsibility. If your merchandise is found to have a legitimate manufacturer defect, your shipping costs will be refunded (lowest rate ground shipping only), or applied towards your exchange, and there will be no restocking fee.
We do not accept ANY returns for ANY products after the 30-day window.
